Thưa ông về tình hình tài chính của Richland đến giai đoạn cuối rất cần tiền để thanh toán cho các khoản công nợ nhưng chúng ta lại không có để trả, nếu kéo dài rất ảnh hưởng đến uy tín của richland trên thị trường, tôi xin báo cáo với ông về khả năng giúp đỡ của ngân hàng đối với tài chính của chúng ta để ông hiểu và đưa ra phương án chuẩn bị tài chính :
1) Về đất Hòa an như tôi chao đổi chi tiết và cụ thể với ông Ninh , hồ sơ ông ấy có thể cho vay :
- Quyết toán hoàn thành công trình 2 bên ký xác nhận ( đợi công trình hoàn thành mới quyết toán được)
- Sổ đỏ đất hòa an do Richland mua lại hết cổ phần ( việc này không thể làm được giai đoạn hiện tại)
Như vậy việc thế chấp nhà máy giai đoạn hiện tại là không được.
2) như WhatsApp ông nói với tôi yêu cầu ngân hàng cho vay 20-25 tỷ là không có cơ sở để vay được bởi vì:

vì vậy muốn vay được khoản 3,9 tỷ chúng ta phải làm báo cáo với các số giả, từ lỗ thành lãi thì mới vay được , xin ý kiến chỉ đạo của ông việc này ?
- Đối với nhà máy thì hiện tại ngân hàng không thể cho vay được .
- Như hiện tại các ngân hàng việt nam thường cho vay bằng thế chấp (tiền hoặc tài sản) không cho vay bằng tín chấp như ở Malaysia đâu , nên khoản vay 20- 25 tỷ theo tôi nghĩ là không thể vay được giai đoạn hiện nay.
3) Tôi đã nhận được mail của ông rất cảm ơn ông đã dùng tiền cá nhân để cho công ty vay, tôi đánh giá rất cao sự hỗ trợ này, tôi sẽ cố gắng làm để sau này hoàn lại được số tiền trả ông.
4) khoản tiền mà PT sẽ bảo lãnh cho vay như mail của ông xin ông tiến hành làm ngay nếu không sẽ không kịp cho nhà máy hoạt động.
