- PDA (Potato Dextrose Agar) là môi trường dùng để nuôi cấy nấm men, nấm mốc có thành phần tỉ lệ gồm:
+ Agar 20gr
+ Nước 1000ml
+ pH =5.6
Môi trường được chuẩn bị (mẫu được pha theo tỉ lệ rồi vừa đun vừa khuấy cho agar tan đều) và hấp tiệt trùng ở 121OC/15 phút;
- Dung dịch nước muối sinh lí vô trùng NaCl 0.85% dùng để pha loãng mẫu

+ Agar 20gr
+ water 1000ml
pH = 5.6 +
Environment is prepared (samples were mixed in proportion and fit boil while stirring to melt them agar) and autoclaving at 121OC / 15 minutes;
- physiological saline solution sterile 0.85% NaCl is used to dilute the sample
