Khi có một lệnh sản xuất Processes

Khi có một lệnh sản xuất Processes Order được duyệt (released), một Inspection Lot sẽ được tạo ra để kiểm tra chất lượng cho lệnh sản xuất này. Sau đó các nhân viên IPC, QC sẽ tiến hành kiểm tra chất lượng trong từng công đoạn và ghi nhận kết quả theo từng tần suất khác nhau với từng công đoạn khác nhau. Sau khi ghi nhận kết quả xong kết quả sẽ được chuyển xuống phòng QA, dựa vào kết quả kiểm nghiệm sẽ quyết định chất lượng cho lô hàng sản xuất. Sau khi có kết quả kiểm nghiệm bộ phận QC có thể xem xét sẽ tiến hành lấy mẫu để kiểm tra độ ổn định của lô hàng

When a production order Processes Order approved (released), an Inspection Lot is created to check the quality to this production order. Then the IPC staff, QC will conduct quality control in each stage and record the results for each frequency varies with each different phase. After noting the finished results results will be forwarded to the QA Dept, based on test results will determine the quality of production for shipment. After the test results, QC Department can consider conducting sampling to check the stability of the shipment
