QUYẾT ĐỊNH CỦA GIÁM ĐỐC C.TY TNHH MTV NGỌC ANH THƯ
Về việc tiếp nhận và giao nhiệm vụ cho cán bộ Công ty.

GIÁM ĐỐC

- Căn cứ luật doanh nghiệp Số 68/2014/QH13 của Quốc hội Nước CHXHCN Việt Nam có hiệu lực từ ngày 01 tháng 07 năm 2015.
- Căn cứ điều lệ của Công ty TNHH MTV Ngọc Anh Thư
- Căn cứ yêu cầu công tác và sản xuất kinh doanh của Công ty.
- Xét trình độ, năng lực, khả năng và phẩm chất đạo đức của Cán bộ.

QUYẾT ĐỊNH :

Điều 1: Nay tiếp nhận và giao nhiệm vụ cho Bà: Hồ Thị Xuân Hương
Ngày sinh: 28/08/1989
Quê quán: Lạc Tiến - Phước Minh - Thuận Nam - Ninh Thuận.
Trình độ chuyên môn: Cao Đẳng Kế Toán.
Phụ trách : Phòng Kế toán - Thống kê - Tài chính, kể từ ngày 03/09/2015
Điều 2: Bà Hồ Thị Xuân Hương căn cứ vào chức năng, nhiệm vụ của Phòng Kế toán -Thống kê-Tài chính được phân công nhiệm vụ sau:
- Công tác thống kê, công tác kế toán, công tác tài chính của Công ty và tổ chức động viên Cán bộ, Công nhân viên Công ty hoàn thành xuất sắc nhiệm vụ được giao.
Điều 3: Phòng Kế toán - Thống kê - Tài chính, các phòng ban và đơn vị trực thuộc Công ty và Bà Hồ Thị Xuân Hương căn cứ quyết định thi hành này.
