Để nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩ

Để nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm hạt cà phê, từ đó nâng cao giá trị cà phê Việt Nam trên thị trường thế giới. Việc thu hái cần tuân thủ kỹ thuật sau:
- Quả cà phê được thu hoạch bằng tay và được thực hiện làm nhiều đợt (ít nhất 2 đợt) trong một vụ để thu hái kịp thời những quả chín trên cây
Yêu cầu với sản phẩm cà phê thu hoạch:
- Sản phẩm thu hoạch có tỷ lệ quả chín đạt từ 90% trở lên ( bao gồm cả quả chín vàng và chín đỏ) và tỷ lệ tạp chất không quá 5%. Đợt tận thu cuối vụ, tỷ lệ quả chín đạt trên 80%.
