Và mọi chi phí phát sinh trong trường hợp nhà thầu thất bại trong việc cung cấp các hồ sơ trên sẽ do nahf thầu gánh chịu

Please note that the contractor is responsible for liaising with relevant parties to collect and provide sufficient valid grounds when applying deductions for water supply to the tank (Document of agreement confirming correct issuance flow and ensure permanent supply 24/24h in any situation by the water supplier and the investor of the project). And all costs incurred in case the contractor fails to provide the above documents will be borne by the contractor.

Please note that the contractor is responsible for communicating with relevant parties to collect and provide sufficient and effective reasons for reducing the water supply flow to the water tank. (The written agreement confirms the correct flow level and ensures permanent 24/24 hour water supply under any circumstances between the water supply unit and the project owner.) If the contractor fails to provide the above records, any costs incurred shall be borne by the contractor.

Please note that the contractor has the responsibility to contact relevant parties to collect and provide sufficient and effective basis to reduce the water supply to the water tank (the text of the agreement confirms the appropriate flow level and ensures uninterrupted water supply for 24 hours under any circumstances by the water supply unit and project investors). If the contractor fails to provide the above documents, all expenses incurred will be borne by the NAHF contractor.
