5.7 Hợp đồng có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký và đồng thời các bên phải thực hiện xong trách nhiệm của mình. Sau 60 ngày kể từ ngày hai bên thực hiện xong trách nhiệm của mình và không có khiếu nại gì thì hợp đồng xem như đã được thanh lý
