19.4.5. Nghỉ phép sinh:
- Lao động nữ nghỉ phép sinh trước và sau khi sinh cộng dồn không quá 6 tháng (tính cả ngày nghỉ và lễ pháp định). Quyền lợi người lao động nữ được giải quyết theo điều 141 và điều 144 Luật lao động. Lao động nữ bị sảy thai, nếu thai dưới 3 tháng được nghỉ 20 ngày hưởng trợ cấp; thai trên 3 tháng được nghỉ 3 ngày hưởng trợ cấp.
19.4.6. Tất cả các trường hợp nghỉ không lý do 03 lần/tháng và 05 lần/03 tháng liền kề đều bị sa thải mà không được bồi thường bất cứ một khoản tiền lương nào.
