Trước khi một bên chấm dứt hợp đồng

Trước khi một bên chấm dứt hợp đồng thì phải thông báo bằng văn bản cho bên kia trước một khoảng thời gian nhất định theo thỏa thuận trong hợp đồng nhưng không ít hơn hai mươi tám (28) ngày, trừ trường hợp các bên thỏa thuận khác và trong đó phải nêu rõ lý do chấm dứt hợp đồng. Nếu bên chấm dứt hợp đồng không thông báo mà gây thiệt hại cho bên kia, thì phải bồi thường thiệt hại cho bên kia.
