- Phải có chính sách động viên người lao động hợp lý, kịp thời. Chính sách động viên gồm ba yếu tố quan trọng là chính sách phân phối thu nhập, chế độ khen thưởng kỷ luật và xây dựng môi trường làm việc tốt. Hiện nay chính sách động viên của công ty còn nhiều hạn chế, thu nhập của người lao động còn thấp, phân phối thu nhập chưa thực sự hợp lý, chế độ khen thưởng đối với công nhân, tập thể có thành tích, hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ chưa tương xứng nên chưa phát huy được hết năng lực của người lao động. Công ty cần cải tiến chính sách phân phối thu nhập cho người lao động theo hướng tăng dần và phải động viên được người lao động nâng cao năng suất.
