My company is planning to cut the former employees to receive the new employees have lower salaries. however I do not agree with that plan. 3 reasons
former employees have extensive experience in their work. they are exposed to work that long should make it easier, faster but more efficiently. even new employees, they still unfamiliar and they take some time to adapt.
former employees have emotional ties to the job and company. but pay them higher salaries but they would utmost efforts to overcome difficulties and find ways to achieve the best performance. but, for new employees they will instantly depressed
