2 Vi phạm nghĩa vụ thanh toán: Nếu Bên B chậm thanh toán theo Điều 2 của Hợp đồng này thì bị phạt theo lãi suất trả chậm theo ngày của Ngân hàng Thương mại cổ phần Ngoại thương Việt Nam công bố tại thời điểm vi phạm cho mỗi ngày chậm tiến độ nhưng không vượt quá 8% giá trị của Hợp đồng.

2 Violation of payment obligations: If Party B delays payment according to Article 2 of this Contract, it will be fined at the daily late payment interest rate announced by Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam at the time of violation for Each day of delay but not exceeding 8% of the Contract value.

Violation of Payment Obligation: If Party B delays payment in accordance with Article 2 of this Agreement, a fine shall be imposed based on the overdue interest rate announced by Vietnam Foreign Trade Corporation Commercial Bank on the date of default, but not exceeding 8% of the contract value.

Breach of payment obligation: If Party B delays payment in accordance with Article 2 of this contract, it shall be fined for every day of delay in payment according to the interest rate of delay in payment announced by Vietnam Foreign Trade Joint-stock Commercial Bank at the time of default, but not exceeding 8% of the contract value.
