b) Phòng/bộ phận có đặt túi sơ cấp cứu và cáng cứu thương:
i. Căn cứ theo cơ cấu, tổ chức Ban an toàn vệ sinh lao động và thành viên an toàn vệ sinh viên của phòng/bộ phận, giao trách nhiệm quản lý cho người phụ trách an toàn của phòng/bộ phận và các thành viên an toàn vệ sinh quản lý và sử dụng;
ii. Có trách nhiệm lưu giữ và bảo quản để đảm bảo duy trì chất lượng và an toàn vệ sinh các trang thiết bị, dụng cụ và thuốc trong túi sơ cấp cứu và cáng cứu thương;
iii. Sau khi sử dụng các dụng cụ, thiết bị và thuốc, cần thông báo đến lãnh đạo phòng/bộ phận và gửi phòng/bộ phận phụ trách y tế để bổ sung kịp thời đảm bảo đầy đủ số lượng dụng cụ và thuốc theo mẫu ...;
iv. Định kỳ hằng quí, phối hợp với người phụ trách y tế kiểm tra số lượng danh mục và chất lượng dụng cụ, thuốc;
v. Nghiêm cấm việc sử dụng túi sơ cấp cứu và cáng cứu thương không đúng mục đích;
vi. Có trách nhiệm phối hợp với phòng/bộ phận phụ trách y tế trong công tác quản lý và sử dụng túi sơ cấp cứu và cáng cứu thương.
