(2) Nhập thông tin tài khoản và các chức năng nào đã thao tác theo từ ngày – đến ngày
 Các thông tin cần thao tác:
+ Nhập chọn người dùng / accountuser, và thao tác – sử dụng để Tìm kiếm. Tại field AccountUser, có button “ ” – click button này sẽ hiển thị màn hình “Chọn Tài khoản” sau đây:
