- Doanh nghiệp cam kết sử dụng nguồn thu từ Dự án Thuỷ điện ĐakSrông 3B để trả nợ, đồng thời huy động mọi nguồn thu hợp pháp khác để hoàn trả vốn vay ngân hàng trong trường hợp nguồn thu từ dự án không đảm bảo trả nợ theo kế hoạch. Doanh nghiệp không thực hiện phân chia lợi nhuận và sử dụng nguồn thu của dự án cho các mục đích khác khi chưa hoàn thành hết các nghĩa vụ nợ vay đối với Ngân hàng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-Enterprise committed to use revenues from hydropower projects ĐakSrông 3B to repay, while all other legitimate source of revenue to repay the Bank loan in case the revenues from the project is not guaranteed to pay the debt under the plan. Businesses do not make split profit and use the project's revenues for other purposes when not yet complete the loan debt obligations for the Bank.
