Được nhận phí Dịch Vụ và khấu trừ các khoản phí, chi phí và các khoản phải trả khác thuộc trách nhiệm của Bên B mà Bên A đã tạm ứng (nếu có) để thanh toán hộ hoặc đã thực chi như liệt kê tại Phụ Lục 01 và các khoản phạt/bồi thường thiệt hại của Bên B nêu tại Hợp Đồng này (“Khoản Phải Thu Từ Bên B”) từ tổng khoản tiền thu được từ E-Voucher Đã Sử Dụng (như quy định tại Điều 3.10 dưới đây) khi đối chiếu công nợ; đồng thời, có quyền tạm thời giữ lại Công Nợ Phải Trả (như quy định tại Điều 3.10 dưới đây) nếu Bên B vi phạm Hợp Đồng này cho tới khi vi phạm đó được khắc phục.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Get service charge and deduct the fees, costs and other accounts payable are the responsibility of the Parties B that party A has an advance (if any) to pay households or has actually spent as listed in Appendix 1 and the penalties/damages to the B-Party referred to in this Contract ("Receivables from side B") from the total funds obtained from the E-Voucher Used (As prescribed in article 3.10 below) when the collation of the debt; at the same time, have the right to temporarily hold back The Payable (as prescribed in article 3.10 below) if the B-Party breach of contract until that breach be remedied.

Service charge is received and deduct the fees, costs and other liabilities are the responsibility of Party B that Party A has the advance (if any) to pay for or has actually spent as listed in Schedule 01 and the penalties / compensation for damages of Party B mentioned in this Agreement ( "receivables from Party B") from the total proceeds from the E-Voucher used (as defined in Article 3:10 below ) when debt comparison; simultaneously, may temporarily retain Payable (as defined in Article 3:10 below) if Party B breaches this Agreement until such breach is remedied.
