a. Yêu cầu Bên mua trả tiền mua căn hộ theo đúng thỏa thuận tại Điều 3 của hợp đồng và
được tính lãi suất trong trường hợp Bên mua chậm thanh toán theo tiến độ thỏa thuận tại
Điều 3 của hợp đồng này. Việc tính lãi suất chậm thanh toán được quy định cụ thể tại
khoản 1 Điều 12 của hợp đồng này;

a. ask the buyer to pay the money to buy the apartment in accordance with the agreement in article 3 of the contract andbe charged interest in case the buyer is slow payments under the agreement in progressArticle 3 of this agreement. Interest calculation and payment delay is specified inArticle 12 clause 1 of this contract;

Asian. Request the buyer to pay for the apartment as agreed in Article 3 of the contract and
the interest rate in case of delayed payment the Purchaser according to the schedule agreed in
Article 3 of this contract. The late payment interest rate is specified in
Clause 1 of Article 12 of this Agreement;
