VII. TỔ CHỨC THỰC HIỆN
1. Bộ Công Thương:
Bộ Công Thương là cơ quan chịu trách nhiệm chính trong lĩnh vực phát triển và sử dụng năng lượng tái tạo và với các nhiệm vụ chính như sau:
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ được giao quy định tại Quyết định này.
- Xây dựng lộ trình thực hiện Quyết định này, trình Thủ tướng Chính phủ xem xét, phê duyệt.
- Thực hiện các nghiên cứu và các dự án thí điểm về công nghệ năng lượng tái tạo.
- Lựa chọn đô thị, các xã đặc trưng của các vùng sinh thái để xây dựng đề án thí điểm phát triển khu vực đô thị, nông thôn xanh; trên cơ sở đó đề xuất các giải pháp để nhân rộng ra trong toàn quốc.

Ministry of industry and trade:Industry is responsible for the Agency in the field of development and use of renewable energy and with the main tasks are the following:-Perform the tasks provided for in this decision.-Build the roadmap made this decision, your prime consideration and approval.-Perform the studies and pilot projects on renewable energy technologies.-Choice of the municipality, the town features of the eco region for the construction project to pilot the development of urban areas, green countryside; on the basis of which the proposed solutions to scaling out in the country.

VII. IMPLEMENTATION
1. Industry and Trade Ministry
of Industry and Trade is the responsible authority in the field of development and use of renewable energy and with the following tasks:
- Perform assigned tasks specified in this Decision.
- Develop a roadmap implementation of this Decision, submitted to the Prime Minister for consideration and approval.
- Implementation of research and pilot projects on renewable energy technologies.
- Selection of towns and communes typical ecological areas to build a pilot project to develop urban areas, green countryside; on that basis, to propose solutions for replication nationwide.
