Tiến độ giao hàng phải phù hợp và hợp lý với tiến độ xây dựng, lắp đặt và tiến đột hực hiện các dịch vụ khác trong phạm vi Công việc. Chủ đầu tư bảo lưu quyền được giữ lại các khoản thanh toán đối với các chuyến hàng mà Chủ đầu tư đánh giá là giao hàng sớm một cách bất hợp lý so với tiến độ thực hiện hợp đồng quy định tại [Biểu tiến độ] của Hợp đồng. Việc giữ lại các khoản thanh toán này không được coi là chậm thanh toán và trường hợp này không áp dụng Điều 14.8 Điều kiện chung của Hợp đồng
