KHU TÁI ĐỊNH CƯ
Diện tích tổng thể của khu tái định cư là 50 ha. Số nhà phải di dời là 292 nhà. Số mộ là 2541 cái lớn và nhỏ, các loại cây ăn trái cây công nghiệp, đất thổ cư có chính sách đền bù, tiền công bốc mộ, tháo dỡ nhà, tổng các chi phí khái toán là 1.500 tỷ VNĐ (Một nghìn năm trăm tỷ Việt Nam đồng) .
Xây mới 292 căn hộ cấp 4
1. Mỗi căn hộ được cấp 1.000m2 gồm đất ở và một căn nhà cấp 4 ngang 6m x dài 10m.
2. Trong khu dân cư gồm có:
• Siêu thị vừa và nhỏ
• Khu chợ sinh hoạt hằng ngày
• Trường học cấp I & II & III
• Trạm y tế cộng đồng chăm sóc sức khoẻ
• Văn phòng Ban điều hành khu sinh hoạt
• Đường bao xung quanh, cây xanh, nước sinh hoạt, điện đường thấp sáng, đường dành riêng cho cứu hoả
• Khu tập trung nước thải sinh hoạt.
Tổng chi phí cho khu tái định cư là 5.000 tỷ VNĐ (Năm nghìn tỷ Việt Nam đồng).
