Trãi dài trên khắp đất nước xinh đẹp của chúng ta có biết bao anh hùng lỗi lạc với biết bao thắng cảnh nổi tiếng mang đậm dấu ấn Việt Nam. Mùa hè năm trước tôi đã có dịp bước chân đến Đà Lạt, được cảm nhận không khí mát mẻ nơi đây, được tham quan những địa danh đã đi vào lịch sử và được biết thêm nhiều món ăn ngon nơi đó. Có thể nói, mùa hè ở Đà Lạt thật tuyệt vời. Dòng sông Hương ôm lấy mảnh đất thơ mộng với dòng nước trong xanh, lá dương rơi nhè nhè làm con người ta thấy thoải mái hơn khi đi dạo quanh bờ hồ. Tôi cũng được bước chân đến “Đồi Thông Hai Mộ”, thác “CamLy”…Đà Lạt còn có rất nhiều loài hoa đẹp, đủ mọi sắc màu đặc biệt Đà Lạt nổi tiếng nhất là dâu tây, dâu được mọi người ưa thích lắm, ai ai cũng mua về làm quà. Người dân nơi này cũng rất hiếu khách,mọi người luôn cởi mở với nhau. Tôi yêu mãnh đất sương mù này lắm, nó là nơi lý tưởng để mọi người thư giãn.

Nước ta được phân rõ ra ba miển Bắc Trung Nam, mõi vùng mang những nét văn hóa ẩm thức riêng biệt đặc sắc. Mõi món ăn có hương vị riêng của từng vùng miển, và đối với tôi món canh chua cá Nam bộ vẫn để lại nhiều hương vị đậm đà nhất và đây là món ăn yêu thích của tôi. Món canh chua là món ăn kết tinh mọi sắc thái, tình cảm cũng như hương vị của cuộc sống vào đó được thể hiện qua các thành phần trong tô canh chua. Canh chua có me, bạc hà, cà, thơm mang tất cả hòa quyện vào nhau một chút vị chua, ngọt, thêm chút cay cay của ớt làm món ăn thêm phần thú vị. Có thể nói dù đi đâu xa nhưng mõi lần được nếm mùi vị đặc trưng của canh chua là lòng tôi cứ nao nao nhớ quê hương da diết, ăn canh chua như xoa dịu nỗi nhớ quê nhà………
