Vai trò của hai chính sách:
Hai biện pháp can thiệp trực tiếp của chính phủ là giá trần và giá sàn không tồn tại riêng biệt,đối lập,không triệt tiêu,phủ định lẫn nhau mà giữa hai biện pháp trên có tính chất bổ sung,liên kết,tương trợ lẫn nhau trong quá trình hoàn thiện hệ thống chính sách,chỉ đạo đúng đắn,sáng suốt kịp thời của Đảng,Chính phủ Việt Nam:điều tiết mức cung cầu,đảm bảo nền kinh tế thị trường ở mức cân bằng”Thuận tình kẻ mua người bán”.
Mặt khác nền kinh tế Việt Nam hiện nay là nền kinh tế thị trường phát triển năng động,đa phương đa chiều,bởi vậy không thể áp dụng một phương pháp cố định mà cần có sự phối hợp chặt chẽ giữa hai phương pháp này:một mặt giúp cân bằng nền kinh tế thị trường,mặt khác lại tỏ rõ được tầm quan trọng,sáng suốt của chính phủ trong quá trình hoạch định,chèo lái con thuyền kinh tế của đất nước.
Trên đây là những quan điểm,nhận xét của nhóm về chủ đề bài tiểu luận.Bài tiểu luận chắc hẳn còn rất nhiều hạn chế mong cô đóng góp ý kiến để bài làm của nhóm được hoàn thiện hơn nữa.
