MC của chương trình là nhà báo Lại Văn Sâm, ông rất dí dỏm và uyên bác. Đặc biệt chương trình này cung cấp một lượng thông tin rất đa dạng về kiến thức tự nhiên và xã hội, kích thích tư duy của mỗi khán giả xem đài.
