Trong những năm gần đây, chính phủ của Việt Nam có nhiều chính sách tài chính mới , nhằm mang lại cho nền kinh tế của Việt Nam trở nên quen thuộc và cởi mở hơn với kinh tế Thế Giới. Vì thế hoạt động kinh tế ngày càng trở nên đa dạng và phức tạp .
Do vậy Ngân hàng là một trong những tổ chức tài chính quan trọng nhất, nó tác động đến tất cả các khía cạnh tài chính . Nó ảnh hưởng đến nhiều hoạt động kinh tế như huy động nhân lực, xóa đối giảm nghèo, …
Chương trình đào tạo thực tập là một chương trình rất cần thiết đối với tất cả sinh viên, họ sẽ có những cơ hội tuyệt vời để trao dồi và rèn rũa kĩ năng giao tiếp của bản thân, lấp đầy những khoảng trống mà họ thiếu trong thời gian học tập ở trường đại học.
Ngân hàng Quân Đội – Chi Nhánh Hoàng Quốc Việt, đó là một nơi thực tập tuyệt vời, chúng em đã có một cơ hội để có thể hiểu biết thêm về kiến thức chuyên môn và đặc biệt là cách để làm tăng số lượng khách hàng, những người sử dụng sản phẩm dịch vụ tại ngân hàng. Đặc biệt là về sản phẩm Moblie Saving của ngân hàng MB bank.
Bên cạnh việc đã hoàn thành bài báo cáo thực tập này, chúng em muốn gửi lời cảm ơn đến tất cả :
• Thầy cô giáo tại Học Viện Tài Chính, những kiến thức mà thầy cô dạy chúng em là những điều hết sức đáng quý và vô giá.
• Thầy Nguyễn Hữu Thao và thầy Tạ Huy Hùng Người đã hướng dẫn chúng em trong giai đoạn làm báo cáo chi tiết.
• Ông Nguyễn Anh Đạt của chi nhánh MB bank - Hoàng Quốc Việt đã cung cấp cho chúng em những thông tin về ngân hàng. Sự nhiệt tình của họ luôn là những điều tốt nhất để hoàn thành bản báo cáo của chúng tôi.
• Các thầy cô giáo của trường đại học Toulonvar như cô Marie José Cambeing Và đặc biệt là cô Daphne Duverney, cô đã giúp chúng em biết lựa chọn những chủ đề phù hợp, và cách để có thể thực hiên và hoàn thành dự án tốt nhất.
Và cuối cùng chúng em xin cảm ơn gia đình , bạn bè, những người luôn luôn bên cạnh chúng em, giúp đỡ , ủng hộ và động viên chúng em nhiều trong cuộc sống cũng như giúp chúng em tự tin hơn để có thể hoàn thành tốt bài báo cáo này.

ABSTRACT

Báo cáo thực tập dự án này là tóm tắt của tất cả những điều chúng tôi đã học hỏi và thực hành trong thời gian thực tập tại Ngân hàng MB bank – Chi nhánh Hoàng Quốc Việt.
Chúng tôi đã chia thành 3 chương:
Chương I : Cái nhìn tổng quát của dự án và lí do chọn dự án.
Chương II : Mô tả chi tiết quá trình tham gia thực tập tại MB bank – Dịch vụ Mobile Saving và các hoạt động tiềm năng phát triển khách hàng bằng cách làm khảo sát.
Chương III : Nói rõ chi tiết thành tựu và khó khăn sau khi kết thúc thực tập dự án, những kinh nghiệm chúng tôi thu được và các kiến nghị để cải thiện chất lượng của dịch vụ.
