theo ý kiến của tôi, loại người khó tạo mối quan hệ tốt là loại người vô trách nhiệm. những người như vậy thường có khuynh hướng đẩy mọi vấn đề khó khăn cho người khác, còn họ luôn chọn những công việc nhẹ nhàng. mỗi khi xảy ra trục trặc nào đó, họ luôn tìm mọi cách đổ lỗi cho những thành viên còn lại thay vì cùng nhau tìm ra giải pháp để khắc phục vấn đề. tôi cảm thấy thiếu niềm tin khi tiếp xúc với người như vậy và tất nhiên là chẳng bao giờ tạo dựng được mối quan hệ lâu dài
