Tôi rất vui khi biết về đề nghị của ông về công việc thuê văn phòng của chúng tôi hiện tại đang quảng cáo trên Internet. Trong tuần qua, tôi đã suy nghĩ rất thấu đáo về đề nghị của ông. Chúng tôi rất sẵn sàng chào đón ông đến với văn phòng của chúng tôi vào thứ Hai tuần tới. Chúng tôi sẽ cho các ông thấy toàn cảnh và toàn diện tích văn phòng của chúng tôi đồng thời chúng ta cũng thảo luận về giá cả và việc cho thuê diện tích của văn phòng này. Khi áp dụng vào thực tế tôi lại suy nghĩ và cho ra kết luận : nếu như chúng ta thương lượng và bình ổn giá thì chúng tôi sẽ giảm giá cho ông. Tuy nhiên theo ý kiến riêng của tôi thì chúng tôi sẽ giảm cho ông ít nhất là 15% so với giá gốc . Tôi hy vọng rằng việc chúng tôi giảm giá cho ông sẽ làm ông cảm thấy tốt hơn và hài lòng khi thuê văn phòng của chúng tôi. Tôi rất mong đợi chuyến viếng thăm của ông vào thứ hai tuần tới. Chắc chắn ông sẽ cảm thấy hài lòng.
