Đồng thời, chuyển đổi NHTMCP Đại Dương thành Cty TNHH MTV do Nhà nước làm chủ sở hữu với tên gọi là NHTM TNHH MTV Đại Dương, tên viết tắt là NH Đại Dương; vốn điều lệ (VĐL) là 4.000.059.560.000 đồng.
