Hệ thống cửa hàng tiện lợi Ministop ra đời năm 1980, là thương hiệu của tập đoàn bán lẻ đa ngành Aeon có quy mô lớn nhất của Nhật và xếp thứ 4 trên toàn cầu. Từ cuối năm 2011,Ministop bắt đầu triển khai chuỗi cửa hàng tiện ích tại Việt nam qua hình thức nhượng quyền thương hiệu với tập đoàn Trung Nguyên và lấy tên chuỗi G7-Ministop. Đến nay họ đã thiết lập được 17 cửa hàng tại TP.HCM.
