- Nhà đầu tư nước ngoài và nhà đầu tư Việt Nam trong doanh nghiệp có vốn đầu tư trực tiếp nước ngoài: được góp vốn bằng ngoại tệ hoặc đồng Việt Nam theo mức vốn đầu tư tại giấy chứng nhận đầu tư.
