Với những định hướng phát triển của công ty trong tương lai. Tôi thấy mình có khả năng và đủ điều kiện phù hợp để làm việc cho công ty. Đây là một cơ hội tốt để tôi thể hiện bản thân mình cũng như dành và mang lại lợi ích cho công ty. Tôi thực sự háo hức và mong muốn một môi trường làm việc tích cực và năng động như trong công ty. Sau khi được tuyển dụng, tôi chắc chắn sẽ tiếp tục học tập và làm việc để phát triển khả năng của mình để đóng góp vào sự tăng trưởng của công ty .Lí do đó là dựa vào những điều tôi đã được biết và tìm hiểu về công ty:
Samsung Electronics Vietnam (Viết tắt là SEV) được thành lập với 100% vốn đầu tư từ Hàn Quốc. Công ty Samsung Electronics chuyên sản xuất các mặt hàng điện tử như: máy giặt, lò vi sóng, ti vi, HDD máy tính, LCD máy tính, điện thoại, máy hút bụi .... Nhưng Samsung Electronics Vietnam chỉ sản xuất hai mặt hàng điện tử chủ lực đó là: điện thoại và máy hút bui, trong đó điện thoại chiếm đến 92% sản lượng của nhà máy.Samsung còn chiếm thị phần số 1 toàn cầu với 13 sản phẩm,kể cả chất bán dẫn,TFT – LCD,màn hình và điện thoại di động CDMA.năm 2013 công ty bắt đầu sản xuất hàng loạt DRAM di động tốc độ cực cao 4gh 20 nanomet đầu tiên trên thế giới, định hướng tầm nhìn 2020 của công ty doanh thu đạt 400 tỉ USD,chiếm vị trí số 1 trong ngành CNTT toàn cầu & nằm trong 5 công ty hàng đầu toàn cầu,công ty hàng đầu về sáng tạo kiến tạo các thị trường mới,doanh nghiệp toàn cầu thu hút nhưng nhân tải giỏi nhất thế giới,trở thành 1 trong 10 nơi làm việc tốt nhất thế giới.Những điều đó làm cho tôi thực sự ấn tượng.Một số điều tôi biết về Samsung elictronics tại bắc ninh:SEV tọa lạc tại KCN Yên Phong I, Xã Yên Trung, Huyện Yên Phong, Tỉnh Bắc Ninh với diện tích khoảng 100 hecta, nhưng hiện giờ công ty mới chỉ đầu tư xây dựng và đưa vào sử dụng 45 hecta. Dự kiến để đáp ứng yêu cầu sản xuất điện thoại cung cấp ra thị trường thế giới, tạo lợi thế cạnh tranh với các đối thủ có cùng mặt hàng, Samsung đầu tư thêm một nhà máy nữa giáp ranh giữa địa bàn tỉnh Thái Nguyên và TP. Hà Nội.đó là SEVT,đã đi vào hoạt động.
Hiện nay SEV đang có khoảng vài chục nghàn công nhân viên, mô hình làm việc hiện tại được chia làm 2 ca (ngày và đêm), do đó toàn bộ máy móc chạy 24/24. Nhầm thuận tiện cho công nhân viên SEV có xe Bus 50 chỗ ngồi để đưa đón công nhân viên của mình từ các tỉnh lân cận như Hà Nội (Lê Văn Lương, ĐH BKHN, Sóc Sơn), Bắc Giang (Hiệp Hòa ...), Hải Dương (...) và nội tỉnh Bắc Ninh.
