Bên B phải cử người có đủ năng lực để thực hiện giám sát tác giả theo quy định trong quá trình thi công xây dựng và theo yêu cầu từ Bên A

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Party B must appoint a qualified person to carry out author supervision according to regulations during the construction process and upon request from Party A.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

The second party shall dispatch qualified personnel to supervise the author in accordance with the regulations during the construction process and the requirements of the first party.

Kết quả (Anh) 3:

Party B shall send competent personnel to supervise the author in the construction process according to the regulations, and at the request of Party A.
