Trước đây, giá nước sinh hoạt Cty CN Nhà Bè thu PMH qua đồng hồ tổng được tính là một loại giá duy nhất. Trên cơ sở đó PMH vẫn áp dụng thu lại của cư dân bằng một loại giá, không phân biệt đối tượng sử dụng nước.
- Tuy nhiên, vừa qua theo:
+ Kết luận của sở Tài Chính, biên bản họp ngày 03/08/2016;
+ Ý kiến chỉ đạo của UBNDTP tại công văn số 4620 ngày 24/08/2016. Đề nghị PMH tính giá nước sinh hoạt cho cư dân ở khu đô thị theo biểu giá quy định của UBNDTP 103/2009, kể từ tháng 01/2016.
- Do vậy, để triển khai công tác phân loại giá nước và tiến hành truy thu, hoàn trả số tiền cho cư dân. TTPVKH kiến nghị đề xuất nâng cấp phần mềm thu – phí công nợ thực hiện phân loại giá nước khu PMH; để đáp ứng công việc, cụ thể như sau:
+ Các hạng mục khảo sát, nâng cấp gồm: 15 hạng mục (đính kèm file báo giá).
+ Thời gian thực hiện dự kiến 40 ngày sau khi ký kết hợp đồng.
+ Chi phí: 69.300.000 VND, chưa bao gồm VAT.
+ Thời gian bảo hành 1 năm sau khi ký nghiệm thu.
+ Kinh phí trích từ phí PMH.
Do đây là công tác cấp bách và cần thiết nhằm có đầy đủ dữ liệu, xử lý thông tin số tiền thu đúng cho khách hàng, sử dụng lâu dài. Kính trình Ban Tổng Giám Đốc xem xét và chấp thuận.
