Ông này ngậm ngùi cho rằng, các ngân hàng cổ phần nếu có 'già' nhất Việt Nam thì tuổi thọ cũng mới trên dưới 10 năm tuổi, không thể cạnh tranh được với các ngân hàng nước ngoài vốn đã có từ hàng trăm năm nay, với kinh nghiệm và môi trường làm việc cực kỳ hấp dẫn.

Trao đổi với VietNamNet, ông Nguyễn Xuân Thanh, Trưởng phòng nhân sự của Ngân hàng Techcombank cũng thừa nhận, chất lượng nhân sự đúng là một thử thách rất lớn của tất cả các ngân hàng Việt Nam hiện nay.
