2.5. Yêu cầu chuyển đổi sang mô hình hoạt động mới
Yêu cầu chuyển đổi sang mô hình hoạt động mới (nếu có) là một sản phẩm chuyển giao thuộc mục 2.1.e. Trong trường hợp tư vấn chuyển đổi mô hình hoạt động, nhà thầu cần chỉ rõ các nguyên nhân, tác động và lợi ích của việc chuyển đổi này.
2.6. Các ràng buộc, phụ thuộc, giả định của yêu cầu:
Trong hồ sơ dự thầu, nhà thầu cần chỉ rõ các khối lượng công việc cần có sự tham gia của cấp quản lý, cán bộ, nhân viên Techcombank (ví dụ phỏng vấn, tìm hiểu hiện trạng, tìm hiểu hệ thống, v.v.). Nhà thầu cũng cần chỉ rõ cấp bậc của người tham gia (ví dụ trưởng phòng, trưởng bộ phận, Giám đốc Khối, v.v.) và ước tính thời gian tham gia dự án cho từng vị trí cụ thể.
