Thủ tướng yêu cầu Tập đoàn Dầu khí

Thủ tướng yêu cầu Tập đoàn Dầu khí Việt Nam và UBND tỉnh Quảng Ngãi thống nhất các nội dung và tiến độ chi tiết của công tác đền bù, tái định cư, giải phóng mặt bằng và phương án vốn để triển khai Dự án.

UBND tỉnh Quảng Ngãi chịu trách nhiệm điều chỉnh quy hoạch mặt bằng, bố trí đất đai, giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến sử dụng đất của Dự án, phù hợp với quy định của Luật đất đai và các quy định của pháp luật khác có liên quan, thực hiện các công việc giải phóng mặt bằng và bàn giao mặt bằng theo yêu cầu tiến độ Dự án.

Thủ tướng giao Bộ Công Thương chỉ đạo Tập đoàn Dầu khí triển khai Dự án, chủ động xử lý các vướng mắc phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện, báo cáo Thủ tướng Chính phủ các vấn đề vượt thẩm quyền.

Committee Quang Ngai province is responsible adjust physical planning, land layout, addressing issues related to land use of the project, in accordance with the provisions of the Land Law and the provisions of other laws concerned, the implementation of the clearance work and hand over as required project progress. Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Industry and Trade to direct Petro Project deployment, proactively handle problems incurred in the course of implementation, reporting to the Prime Minister the issue beyond their competence.
