Về việc: Hẹn nộp hồ sơ xin cấp thị thực đi Đức ngắn hạn tại Đại sứ quán Đức tại Hanoi



Kính thưa ông/bà Thi Ut Thi Nguyen,

Ông/bà đã đăng ký hẹn nộp hồ sơ xin cấp thị thực đi Đức ngắn hạn tại Đại sứ quán Đức tại Hanoi vào ngày 07.09.2015, từ 10:30 h đến 11:30 h.

Đề nghị ông/bà có mặt đúng giờ tại Phòng Thị thực, bởi vì ông/bà chỉ được vào nộp hồ sơ trong khoảng thời gian nêu trên. Nếu đến muộn ông/bà phải đăng ký lại hẹn khác. Nếu đến sớm quá, ông/bà phải chấp nhận chờ bên ngoài Đại sứ quán.

Chúng tôi xin nhấn mạnh rằng, Phòng Thị thực chỉ tiếp nhận hồ sơ với đầy đủ các giấy tờ theo yêu cầu. Nếu ông/bà không mang theo đầy đủ giấy tờ sẽ không được tiếp nhận hồ sơ. Trong trường hợp đó ông/bà phải đăng ký lại hẹn nộp hồ sơ khác và vào mùa du lịch cao điểm có thể phải sau nhiều tuần mới có thể có được hẹn nộp hồ sơ mới. Đại sứ quán không chấp nhận trường hợp ngoại lệ.

Do vậy đề nghị ông/bà kịp thời tìm hiểu trước xem phải nộp những giấy tờ gì và trước khi đến nộp hồ sơ kiểm tra, đối chiếu lại với bản hướng dẫn của Đại sứ quán để xem hồ sơ của ông/bà đã hoàn thiện chưa. Hướng dẫn và thông tin về thủ tục xin cấp thị thực có trên trang chủ của Đại sứ quán:
