Sau khi xem xét chi phí bỏ ra và lợi ích mang lại đề nghị cho thưc hiện dự án “Mobile App”, các giải pháp đưa ra là khả thi và giải quyết được các vấn đề hiện tại của bệnh viện đồng thời thỏa mãn các yêu cầu mới một cách tốt nhất, kinh tế và phù hợp.

Nếu so sánh với phương án thay thế hoàn toàn hệ thống hiện tại bằng một sản phẩm hoàn chỉnh kể cả sản phẩm đó có nguồn gốc từ nước ngoài cũng sẽ khó đảm bảo được mức độ phù hợp với thị trường Việt Nam. Chưa kể chi phí sẽ gấp vài chục lần và không dễ để bệnh viện có thể cải tiến nâng cấp theo yêu cầu đặc thù sau này của bệnh viện. Mặt khác bệnh viện sẽ phải mất một khoảng thời gian khá dài để đào tạo việc sử dụng hệ thống mới một cách thành thục.

“Mobile App” không phải dùng để thay thế hoàn toàn hệ thống phần mềm hiện tại của bệnh viên, mà nhằm cung cấp thêm các yếu tố công nghệ hiện đại, giữ lại các quy trình nghiệp vụ ổn định và quen thuộc đối với bác sĩ điều dưỡng. Giao diện phần mềm một phần kế thừa hệ thống hiện tại để người dùng cảm thấy quen thuộc, một phần sẽ được cải tiến để phù hợp với các thiết bị hiện đại hơn máy tính bàn như smart phone và tablet.
