Được thi công hoàn thành đồng bộ theo từng đội sản xuất, có tất cả 24 đội sản xuất, mỗi đội là một nhà kín có diện tích 12.750m2 (50m x 255m) được phủ bạt trắng cho ánh sáng xuyên qua hạn chế, mỗi nhà đội có chứa 18 ao nuôi, mỗi ao nuôi có diện tích 480 m2 (20m x 24m) và 01 khoảng sân rộng 300 m2 dùng để thao tác các công việc phục vụ tôm nuôi. Hệ thống cấp thoát nước được xây dựng theo kiểu có thể chủ động cấp và thoát nước cho từng ao nuôi cho nên trong từng đội con giống được thả nuôi chủ động cho từng ao theo kế hoạch, tránh bị động trong sản xuất.
