tôi vừa gửi thư cho Yến để xác nhận danh mục trang thiết bị của ngôi nhà. Tôi nhờ Yến dịch sang Tiếng Anh cho ông vì Tiếng Anh của tôi không được tốt. Do ban đầu ông có nói chỉ sử dụng Tầng 1 và Tầng 2 dành cho 3 người với những đồ dùng cơ bản nhất nên tôi nói sẽ cung cấp đầy đủ. Hiện nay tôi thấy danh mục của ông khá nhiều thứ phát sinh nên tôi cũng cố cung cấp tốt nhất có thể như danh mục đã gửi kèm. Mong ông thấy thiện chí của tôi. Nếu hợp đồng ký thêm 1 năm nữa, tôi sẵn sàng hỗ trợ đầy đủ danh sách như ông yêu cầu.
Giá thuê nhà với điều kiện và trang thiết bị hỗ trợ như vậy là tôi thấy tương đối hợp lý. Tôi rất tiếc khi không thể hỗ trợ ông tốt hơn khi phải chịu khá nhiều chi phí hàng tháng. Để ký kết hợp đồng nhà với ông tôi cũng đã mất 1 tháng tiền cho thuê nhà với bên môi giới dịch vụ và các khoản tiền với chính phủ để đăng ký cho người nước ngoài thuê.
