Ủ các ống canh thang LSB ở 370C trong 24  2h. Nếu sau giai đoạn này ống Durham sinh khí hoặc ống nghiệm bị đục thì tiếp tục cấy sang canh thang EC.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
