5.2.5 – Thực hiện nghĩa vụ trả tiền

5.2.5 – Thực hiện nghĩa vụ trả tiền cho Bên B đầy đủ, đúng thời hạn và phương thức thanh toán theo đúng quy định tại điều 3, điều 5 (nếu có), của hợp đồng này. Nghĩa vụ trả tiền bao gồm cả tiền lãi (tính theo lãi xuất của ngân hàng) trên nợ gốc nếu thanh toán chậm hơn 7 ngày so với quy định và tiền vi phạm hợp đồng, tiền bồi thường thiệt hại (nếu có).

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

5.2.5-service pay for Party B in full, on time and method of payment in accordance with the provisions of article 3, article 5 (if any), of this agreement. Obligation to pay including the interest (calculated at the interest rate of the Bank) on the original debt if payment 7 days slower than regulations and breach of contract money, money damages (if any).

5.2.5 - Perform duties paid to Party B in full, on time and method of payment as stipulated in Article 3, Article 5 (if any) of this contract. The obligation to pay, including interest (calculated at the interest rate of the bank) on the principal if paid later than 7 days compared with the provisions and breach of contract money, compensation for damage (if any).
