Theo email bên dưới, chị có đề cập 2 việc: mức lương (gross) của tôi là 22,000,000; thời gian bắt đầu công việc là 20/08/2015. Em xin phản hồi ý kiến đến chị như sau:
- Về mức lương chị đề xuất: 22,000,000 (gross) => 18,836,500 (net), có sự chênh lệch khá nhiều so với mức em đề xuất trong CV là 1000 USD = 21,780,000 VND (net). Do đó, Em xin đề xuất lấy trung bình của 2 khoảng này là mức net sẽ là 20,000,000 VND (Net) => tương đương mức Gross là 23,500,000 VND (Gross). Chị xem file tính đính kèm để được rõ.
- Về thời gian có thể bắt đầu công việc. Em xin xác nhận lại như đã trình bày trong CV, do phải tuân thủ hợp đồng lao động (không thời hạn) hiện tại, em đề xuất bắt đầu công việc sau 45 ngày kể từ khi nhận được thư trúng tuyển từ Quý Công ty.
