Liên quan đến chương trình tham quan của VFUA ở Châu Âu vào mùa thu 2016 mà tôi đã nhiều lần trình bày với Ngài, ngoài kế hoạch tham quan ở Italy, Hy Lạp và Pháp, chúng tôi muốn ghé qua Sip để thăm đất nước tươi đẹp của Ngài, nhân đó học hỏi nhiều kinh nghiệm của đất nước của Ông, tìm hiểu thêm về đời sống của cộng đồng đông đảo người Việt Nam tại Sip để có thể tính đến khả năng phối hợp cùng Ông trong một số lĩnh vực hợp tác đầu tư. Chuyến đi này hoàn toàn do phía VFUA tự lo kính phí, đi lại, ăn ở và các chi phí khác. Nếu đi được, chúng tôi chỉ xin phiền Ngài giúp đỡ về chương trình.
Để chuẩn bị đồng bộ cho chuyến đi này, xin Ngài cho chúng tôi một thư mời chính thức, với nội dung như đã nêu để chúng tôi làm visa vào Sip. Thời gian khoảng tháng 8 hoặc tháng 9/2016. Đoàn gồm 7 người, đều là ủy viên BCH VFUA (trong đó có một số doanh nhân) và cán bộ của BTK VFUA (danh sách kèm dưới đầy kèm số hộ chiếu). Nếu có thể được, xin Ngài cho chúng tôi xin thư đó trong tuần sau để chúng tôi làm thủ tục xin phép với cơ quan có thẩm quyền của Chính phủ Việt Nam.
