Smartwatches have appeared on the market for many years. The Pebble Smartwatch launches in 2012, however, only 1% of smartwatches are used in the United States were bought by 2013, and 14% in 2014.More than two-thirds of people surveyed accept the SmartWatch is men, and a third is located in between the ages of 25 and 34. "Look at where smartwatches has been purchased, the buyer's preferred channel has more in common with other consumer electronics items compared with jewelry," Carolina Milanesi, Research Director at Kantar Worldpanel Comtech says. "Thirty-three percent of people who buy the SmartWatch have them online, 17% bought them from a consumer electronics store, and 10% of the owners get their SmartWatch as a gift.
