Đầu tiên em xin được gửi lời cảm ơn đến cô Nguyễn Thị Tuyết Nga, hiện là giảng viên hướng dẫn, góp ý cho em trong suốt quá trình hoàn thành báo cáo thực tập này. Bên cạnh đó, em cũng xin gửi lời cảm ơn đến Giám đốc và các anh chị nhân viên tại phòng giao dịch đã tạo điều kiện và nhiệt tình giúp đỡ em trong suốt quá trình thực tập. Do kiến thức lý thuyết và thực tế phục vụ cho việc phân tích khá rộng mà khả năng nhận thức và lý luận của em vẫn còn nhiều hạn chế nên không thể tránh khỏi những thiếu sót trong bài báo cáo. Chính vì thế, em rất mong nhận được sự bổ sung, đóng góp ý kiến chân thành từ quý thầy cô để bài báo cáo của em được hoàn chỉnh hơn.
