Lập báo cáo hiện trạng vùng bờ để làm cơ sở cho việc xây dựng và triển khai quản lý tổng hợp vùng bờ tại địa phương;
- Xây dựng và thể chế hoá cơ chế điều phối đa ngành, đa bên phục vụ quản lý tổng hợp vùng bờ của địa phương;
- Xây dựng và thực hiện Kế hoạch truyền thông nâng cao nhận thức về quản lý tổng hợp vùng bờ;
- Xây dựng và thực hiện Hệ thống quản lý tổng hợp thông tin phục vụ quản lý tổng hợp vùng bờ tại địa phương, kết nối với hệ thống cấp Trung ương;
- Xây dựng và thực hiện Chương trình quan trắc môi trường tổng hợp vùng bờ của địa phương;
- Phân vùng chức năng vùng bờ của địa phương;
- Xây dựng và thực hiện Kế hoạch quản lý tổng hợp chất thải rắn ở vùng bờ của địa phương;
- Xây dựng và thực hiện Kế hoạch quản lý tổng hợp tài nguyên nước ở vùng bờ của địa phương;
- Xây dựng và thực hiện Cơ chế tài chính bền vững hỗ trợ quản lý tổng hợp vùng bờ của địa phương;
Như vậy, sau khi Kế hoạch hành động thực hiện Chiến lược QLTHVB Việt Nam đến năm 2020 và tầm nhìn đến năm 2030 được Thủ tướng phê duyệt, các địa phương ven biển có thể xây dựng và triển khai Chương trình QLTHVB tại địa phương mình theo những đề xuất nêu trên.

thus, after the implementation of the Action Plan Vietnam Coastal Strategy 2020 and Vision 2030 approved by the Prime Minister, the coastal localities may develop and implement programs in their local QLTHVB follow the recommendations listed above.
