Tất cả các hoạt động tác nghiệp nhân sự tại FPT đều được quy trình hóa. Toàn bộ các tác nghiệp này được xây dựng theo chuẩn ISO, chia làm hai bộ Sổ tay Nhân sự và Sổ tay Lãnh đạo.
