• Làm thủ tục tham gia Bảo hiểm cho công nhân và giải quyết chế độ cho người lao động.
• Phụ trách chấm công và làm lương hàng tháng;
Phụ trách công tác an toàn lao động, vệ sinh công nghiệp, Công tác phòng cháy chữa cháy
• Nghiên cứu chính sách phát triển , luân chuyển, điều động và thay thế nhân sự
• Lập kế hoạch khám sức khỏe định kỳ cho công nhân.
• Quản lý cấp phát theo dõi và sử dụng văn phòng phẩm, bảo hộ lao động, tài sản của Công ty;
• Chuẩn bị tài liệu phục vụ công tác đánh giá của nhà máy
• Quản lý, kiểm tra, giám sát, đánh giá công tác an ninh tại nhà máy;
• Phối hợp với các trưởng bộ phận tổ chức đánh giá lao động hàng tháng, thực hiện các công tác khen thưởng, kỷ luật đi kèm;
• Làm thủ tục cấp phép lao động, visa cho lãnh đạo công ty.
• Quản lý, kiểm tra, điều hành bếp ăn phục vụ công nhân
• Biên soạn các văn bản, đánh số, theo dõi số, phát hành văn bản, phân loại, bảo quản , lưu trữ văn bản, hồ sơ giấy tờ của Công ty.
• Tổ chức các sự kiện trong năm của công ty: mua quà, tặng quà sinh nhật, thăm hỏi ốm đau, hiếu hỉ cho công nhân.
• Xây dựng nếp sống văn hóa, quan hệ nhân sự trong công ty
• Sắp xếp lịch xe, đặt vé máy bay cho sếp, đặt phòng khách sạn cho khách .
