2. Kết quả điều trị
- Tỷ lệ thành công 83,8%. Tuổi mẹ là 20-29 tuổi thì tỉ lệ điều trị thành công là cao nhất 64,6%(212 người). Tuổi thai 12 tuần tỉ lệ thành công 100%, thấp nhất ở tuổi thai 6-7 tuần. Bệnh nhân không có triệu chứng cơ năng tỉ lệ điều trị thành công là 91,3% còn cả đau bụng và ra máu âm đạo tỉ lệ thành công là 78,7%.
- Siêu âm khi vào viện có tim thai tỉ lệ thành công 93,5%.
- Siêu âm có hình ảnh tụ dịch dưới màng nuôi tỷ lệ điều trị thành công là 75,8%, không có tụ dịch 85,9%.
