(i) Bên bị giải thể có nghĩa vụ thô

(i) Bên bị giải thể có nghĩa vụ thông báo ngay cho Bên kia về tình trạng của công ty mình và hai bên phải hoàn tất các nghĩa vụ tài chính theo Hợp đồng cho kia trước khi chính thức giải thể. Việc chậm trễ hoặc cố tình không thông báo về tình trạng của công ty cho Bên kia được biết được coi là vi phạm Hợp đồng và sẽ chịu phạt Hợp đồng theo qui định của Hợp đồng này;

(i) the party being dissolved is obliged to immediately notify the other party about the status of his company and the two sides must complete the financial obligations under the contract to the other end before officially dissolved.
